From these pages you will find real-time information of the Baltic Sea level and wave height, about ice conditions in winter time and algae blooms in summer time. In addition, pages contain forecasts for example wave height and sea surface temperature.
Sea level is given in the theoretical mean sea level at hours, blue line indicating measured values. Sea level measurements are automatic, updated every hour.
Sea level data have only done the preliminary check, and that should be taken in account when using the sea level information. Sea levels are measured by thirteen mareographs on the Finnish coast. Most mareographs have been in use since the 1920's.
